About:144-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Mongolia to Beijing to Shanghai to HK

Hi, I am planning to fly from Ulan Bator to Beijing and then straight onto Shanghai before I leave Shanghai for HK. Am still eligible for the 144 transit visa in Shanghai?
