renaming chinese name in english

hello, i have a question: we will adopt a boy from china and his name is (family name in XXXXX because of privacy reasons) XXXXX Fu Zhi.
We would like to keep as much of the Chinese names when he will live with us in europe.
How is he probabely spoken to: as Zhi or Fu Zhi? And is this the correct order or do you say in Chinese Zhi Fu?
So are the Fu and Zhi inseperable from eachother? Fu Zhi could be pronounced as " gone" in our language which is not a very goof idea :)
hope to hear your tips!
Winnie

You can call him Fu Zhi or XXXXX (his family name). Yes, Fu Zhi, as his given name, are inseperable from each other. But according to the pronunciation in your language, you can just call him Zhi (the second Chinese character of his given name).
