Multiple Transfer Visa possible?

Hello, i have a ticket from Prague to Shanghai and back with Qatar Airways from 22th May 2018 to 03rd of June 2018, so this would be to long for the transfer entry permit. But if i buy an additional ticket with Air Asia from Shanghai to Kuala Lumpur on the 24th. May and back on the 30th May sould this be allright? So for the first way it would be Prague - Shanghai -48h Stay - Kuala Lumpur and for the way back Kuala Lumpur - Shanghai - 5 days Transit - Prague? Or is there a problem with the multiple airlines or the fact that i use the transit visa two times in a row?
