I would stay at seventh heaven hotel. Where can i buy the tickets for hop on hop off?

You may walk for 5-8min to the Urban Planning Exhibition Center. Find the ticket booth nearby to buy a ticket and board the bus. You can ask the hotel staff about the exact boarding site of the bus.
