About:China Transit Visa

Can I get a visa for China while I am in the Philippines to visit my cousin?

I have a US passport. If so, where can I go? Is there a chinese consulate in Cebu?

Hi, it's possible for you to get a Chinese visa in the Philippines, and you can make the application to the Chinese consulate in Cebu.
