Can malaysian apply/extend China visa oversea?

I’ve left one time entry to China.
which I’ll be traveling to GuangZhou(2-3days) first. Then from guang zhou to Hong Kong(2-3 days) , from Hong Kong to Taiwan (2-3daya) , and Taiwan to Beijing (10days).

Is that possible I apply / extend my China entry permit at either one spot? I’ve this trouble cause I’m flying off tomorrow, so there’s no time for me to apply at my own country..
