About:Chinese Consulate in Melbourne
I heard there's a Chinese Consulate in Hong Kong , can I apply/extend my Chinese F visa there?

There is a Commissioner's Office of Foreign Affairs Ministry of P.R.China in Hong Kong, you can apply for Chinese F visa there.
