MNL PVG ORD PVG MNL

I have an 11 hour lay over in PVG from Chicago. Can I enter Shanghai for 10 hours tour?

I have a Philippine passport.

Hi, you are eligible for the 24 hour direct transit in Shanghai, and you can have a 10 hours tour to the city. Nice trip.
