It is any snow in Yabuli dan Harbin City on 3 April till 5 april?

im planning to visit harbin dan yabuli ski city on 3 April 2018 till 5 april 2018. and try some winter sport

Generally speaking, the temperature goes above 0C, so there is no snow at that time.
