4 hours sightseeing from pvg layover

We have a 7 hour layover in PVG airport going from Hanoi back home to USA if we take train, is it just 10 Nina to city center? Then where do we transfer to subway? What is best to do for just 3-4 hours, since need to be back airport 2 hours in advance? We have seen Shanghai but our 18 and 22 year old sons have not

Oh, your time really is tight. Since your son has not been there, I highly suggest you take the Maglev train to Longyang Road in 8min. Then change to subway line 2 to Lujiazui within 12min. Then the Shanghai Tower, Jinmao Tower and Oriental Pearl TV Tower. You can have a quick look at them and walk to Chenyi Square to take sightseeing tunnel to the Bund, Puxi within 5-10min. Roam around and you can walk to East Nanjing Road for a fast shopping or dining. Then take subway line 2 to Longyang Road, then Maglev to PVG.
