About:China Outbound Tourism in 2011

Me and my wife are planning a trip to Xian on 17/12/2017

would like to know is most of the places is open for business like shopping and sigth seeing places and how is the weather....should I change my plan to next year 2018

Hello, you don't need to change your plan. All shopping malls and attractions will be open during that time. Enjoy yourselves! It is reported to be cold with the temp ranging from -4C to 7C. You need to wear warm clothing and boots.
