Permanent resident in Japan

I am a permanent resident in Japan,a Fillipina.What are the requirements for a China visa?

If you go to China for tourism purpose, you may need to provide your passport and the copy, the completed application form, recently-taken bareheaded color photo, residence permit in Japan, accommodation arrangement and the air tickets.
