i cannot find specific information about urumqithe 24-hour transit visa.

Can you advise what to do if your stopover is longer than 2 hours - in my case 2hr40min.I am an Australian citizen flying into URC (stopover 2hr40min), onto Guangzhou (2hr30min) and onto Melbourne Australia.
