72 hour free transit in Guangzhou twice during 2 months

Return flight Toronto - Guangzhou via Beijing ( 1 stop in Beijing - 3 hours in airport) ) by Hainan airlines in December.
Would like to stay 72 h. in Guangzhou and then leave for Hanoi, Vietnam (have air ticket to Hanoi).
Go back to Guangzhou in February from Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia and would like to stay again 72 h. in Guangzhou and leave to Toronto the same way- (1 stop in Beijing - 3 hours in airport).
Can I get 72 hour free stop in Guangzhou twice during 2 months ?
