ReplyYou can take a bullet train to Guiyang first, which takes about 2h 50 minutes, CNY130.5 for a second class seat, CNY156.5 for a first one.
After that, take a taxi to Jinyang Bus Station and it takes about 15 minutes, CNY30-40.
Finally, you can take the bus directly to the water fall. As I heard, the bus is available from 8:00 to 12:45 and takes 2h 30 minutes, CNY50.
