Time needed from disembarking at Shanghai cruise terminal to Pudong airport

I am arriving at the cruise port at 7 a.m. on the Celebrity Millennium and will walk off the ship with my luggage. I qualify for a 24 hour TWOV since the last stop on the cruise is in South Korea and I have a ticket to fly to Japan. I will go through immigration and the 24 hour TWOV line. How long will that take. I want to be able to get to the airport by 10 a.m. for a 12 noon flight.
