About:Requirements for China Green Card (Permanent Residence Permit)

what visa can I apply when I want to live in China with my Chinese Girlfriend ?

Basically I traveled several times on a L type to China and stayed in an service apartment living with my future potential Chinese Wife. What are the alternatives to get a longer stay approval (visa) in Shanghai ? What do I need to do please ?

Hi, Walter, if you don't have work in mainland China, you can apply for the L type to stay in China currently. After you get married, maybe you can convert the L type into an S type at the local PSB to get a longer stay approval.
