Do I need to apply for Visa while transit in Shanghai?

Hi, I'm traveling from Los Angeles back to Malaysia in January 18th and the plane will stop in Shanghai and the transit hours are less than 4 hours. And the transit hours for my return flight from Malaysia back to Los Angeles is 6 hours. Do I need to apply for entry permit for transit?

Hi, you need to apply for double entries visa for the transiting in Shanghai because you cannot use the free transit policy.
