Question

Please give me recommendations on how to take the sightseeing bus from our Hilton Hotel. My husband & I (both 63 yrs.old) and our 18 yr old granddaughter would like to go tResearch Base of Giant Panda Breeding,  Mt.Quincheng & Dujiangyan Irrigation Project. We only have 1 full day to do this ( on Dec.26) so pls. advise us which combo tour to do and worth of seeing. If we want to go to the other sites like Jinli St., Peoples Park and Wide & Narrow Alley on Dec.25 can we use the Sightseeing Bus too or just use the cab? I would appreciate any recommendations or tips you can provide us! Thanks!

To be honest, I don’t think you can visit all the three places within a day.Anyway, here is the suggestion about how to catch the bus:To Research Base of Giant Panda Breeding: take a taxi to Wide and Narrow Alley and it takes about 15 minutes, CNY40 or so. The bus takes about 50 minutes.To Mt. Qingcheng: After back to Wide and Narrow Alley, catch the bus to the mountain. The bus takes about 15 minutes.To Dujiangyan: back to Wide and Narrow Alley first, and then catch the bus. The bus takes about 2h.As for other three places, they are all close. You can take a taxi to the alley, and then walk south for about 10 minutes to People’s Park. At last, take a taxi to the street within 10 minutes.Have a nice trip!
