As I know, Sanlin Subway Station of Line 11 is the nearest subway station to your hotel, about 1.2km. So you can take line 11 there and then take a taxi to your hotel.
Or take bus 632/ 1018 to Yongtai Rd, Sanxin Rd, and walk west for 2 minutes, you will see the hotel.2
