Is there a shuttle service to Liuzhou from Nanning Airport?
Could I take a large oversized bag?

Yes, you can take the shuttle bus. As I know, the buses leave at 11:50, 13:50, 15:50 and 19:15, which cost CNY95.
No worry about your bag, you can put it in the luggage place.0
