About:Shanghai Travel

Flying from Liuzhou to Shanghai via China Eastern

then making connection via Delta Airlines to Atlanta. Our layover in SH is only 90 minutes. Will we have enough time to go from domestic terminal to international? Will we need to get checked bags and go through entire security process again? Thank you.

It is a domestic to international transfer at PVG, right?
Well, you are suggested to prepare around 2.5 hours to make this transfer. And you don't need to recheck the luggage.
