About:Policy for Foreigners with Immediate Family Living in China

parents work visa, son older than 18

Hey there, so my parets will be coming over to China on work Zs, now my brother is older than 18, but still relies on them due to political issues back in the home country, would he be allegible for any type of family visa to come over and live with them? thanks in advance.

Hi, your brother can apply for a Chinese visa to stay with your parents in China.

Hi, your brother can try to apply for a Chinese S type for that.
