About:Tax Refund

Are T-mall and Tabao products VAT refundable?

Bought some electronic products of nearly 8000 yuan in Tmall. Can I clam VAT refund. All the invoices are electronic (e-voice). So can I clams through it?

As I know, T-mall and Tabao products are not available for tax refund.
