About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Use the 72hour free transit for entry in Guangzhou

Hi

I would appreciate your advice.

I have one entry visa to enter China. I am flying from UK to Guangzhou however I also wish to visit Taiwan. So I was thinking when I arrive at Guangzhou to use the 72hour free transit for entry and show my ticket to fly to Taiwan two days later. I would then fly back from Taiwan to Guangzhou and use my one entry on my visa to enter Guangzhou and a week later I would fly back to the UK. Does this sound OK?

Many thanks
MS

Thank you for your answer.

Will there be any issue that my Ticket to Taiwan is a return coming back to Guangzhou?
Is Taiwan definitely considered as a third country for the 72h free transit?

Thanks
Mantas

That won't be a problem. Taiwan counts as a third country.
