What is the best way to go from Shanghai to Zhangjiajie? by train? air?

There got two trains between Shanghai and Zhangjiajie, but it takes more than 22 hours. I don't think it is a good way to stay so long time on the train. Flight is the best way for sure, as it takes less than three hours.0
