If I’m Swedish, and I’m on vacation in Hong Kong. Do I need a visa to visit Macau?

No, you don't need it for you can enjoy free entry to Macau for not more than 90 days.

Yes, you need one for a visit in Shenzhen. But it's possible for you to get Shenzhen VOA. You can contact the relevant VOA port to confirm this.
