Where should Myanmar citizens go for VISA application

I am bringing my Myanmar helper to Hong Kong , where should I go to apply her visa to Hong Kong

Hi, if you will make the application from Singapore, you should submit the application to the China embassy or you can post it to HK immigration department directly.
