Recommended transport from Shenzhen Airport to Art Hotel?

What would be the easy and inexpensive way to reach Art hotel (Tianliao Building Xueyuan Avenue, Nanshan District)?

You are suggested to take metro line 11 and then change to line 5 at Qianhaiwan. Then get off at Tanglang and leave from Exit C. Walk north along Tangkai Rd for 3 minutes and turn west to Xueyuan Avenue. Walk along the avenue for 10 minutes, you will get there. It takes about 1h and CNY7.
