Can I carry some vegetables and flower seeds from china to India?

Please reply me sir ...... I already bought it ... and I am confused .... please help me to solve my confusion...

endangered plants are seeds are allowed to be taken out of China; however, you should make it clear if Indian customs will allow these items in.
