About:24-Hour Visa-Free Transit

I'm Thailand citizen and arriving in Shanghai Pudong and leaving the next day on a cruise ship

do I need a visa or can I be avail to the 24 hr free transit to leave by a cruise ship Quantum of the Seas

Lawrence, you should apply for a visa for that in advance because you cannot enjoy the free transit policy in China.
