About:Shanghai Pudong Airport

Getting to downtown Shanghai from pudong airport

Hello,

I am landing at 7pm and need to get to Mandarin Oriental Hotel. What is the best and easiest way? How long does it usually take to get through customs, etc?

Subway can be the best way to go. Take line 2 at the airport to Lujiazui in an hour and it costs CNY6 per person. On the way, you need to transfer from a four-carriage train to eight-carriage train at Guanglan Road. And when there are not many passengers in line, you may spend 20min or around to go through the customs.
