What is the best way to connect from Hong Kong Airport to the Peninsula Hotel?

Is the MTR an option?

Yes, you can take metro. First, take Airport Express to Tsing Yi Station, and then transfer to Tung Chung line to Nam Cheong Station. Take West Rail Line there and get off at East Tsim Sha Tsui. Leave from Exit 13, you will see the hotel. It takes about 1h and around 65HKD.
