Can you suggest the best way to go from HKIA to Kowloon Harbour Waterfront Hotel?

We are 2 adults and 3 children

You are suggested to take a taxi, which coasts 310-320HKD. Or take Bus E23 to Whampoa Garden, and then take a taxi to the hotel.
