About:Overstaying in China & Penalty

Over staying in china for more than 2years

Hi, my name is nora from philippines, i have a serious problem. My visa was already expired for 2years now, before that i've met a chinese guy and he want to marry me, but the problem was my visa was already expired, and i don't know if we can get a temporary entry permit. Please i really need a help. Thank you.

Hi, I'm afraid you cannot get the temporary entry permit. What you should do at present is to report your situation to the local police station, and then pay the fine CNY500 per day; the capped amount won’t exceed CNY10,000. Afterwards, you can apply for an exit pass to leave China. Or you can inquire the officers that if there is any way for you to stay in China after paying the fine. Good luck!
