About:China Visa Application in USA

Length of stay for each entry

My wife and I, US citizens want to travel for 120 days in China. Should we apply for a 10 year multiple entry visa, and after 60 days spend 5 days in Okinawa, and then return to China for an additional 60 days? If this is possible, do we need to provide hotel and flight itinerary for the 2nd trip? Thank you. Gene from USA

You can apply for a 10-year multiple-entry tourist L type for that. After staying in China for 60 days, you can exit to Japan and then re-enter to stay for another 60 days. You don’t need to provide hotel and flight itinerary for the second trip.
