About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Checked Baggage in Shanghai

We have a 7-hour stop in Shanghai from Canada to the Philippines. Do we need to get our baggages from the Canada trip and check them in again for the connecting Philippine trip?

Hi, you are advised to contact with the airlines to ask if your luggage will be delivered to the final destination directly. If yes, you don’t need to claim it after arrival. Otherwise, you need to claim the luggage.
