About:24-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Europe to Aus trip

Hi there!

I have a flight from Spain to Australia going through Beijing and I would love to leave the airport and see the city for a couple of hours.

I am eligible for the Visa under all conditions however I have one problem.

I am a resident of Australia but I currently hold two passports - an AUS and a British passport and currently my Australian passport is expired. Because I will be travelling using my British passport, does this mean that I don't qualify as having an entry permit for the third country even though it is my country of residency?

I am referring to the following requirement:

Visa for a third country or region (if needed)

Your advice would be greatly appreciated!

Regards

Hi, you are eligible for the free transit policy in Beijing if you will travel like Spain-Beijing-Australia. No need to worry! Nice trip!
