About:Chinese Embassy in South Korea

Would I be eligible for a visa?

I’m a foreigner currently in Korea with the student visa D4 which ends on the first week of March in 2018. That gives me 3 more months in Korea but i wanted to spend New Years in Beijing and was looking to apply for an entry permit. Given that I have 3 months remaining with the ARC would I be able to get some sort of entry permit for the Beijing trip? Thank you!

Hi, I'm afraid you cannot get a Chinese visa from there because non-Korean applicants in South Korea are required to provide the alien registration card in South Korea (ARC) with at least 6 months remaining validity.
