Hello. My husband came to visit me. I am working in China and he got his S1 visa. What I need to do to apply for permanent resident permit. Please

Hi, if your husband needs to apply for a residence permit, he should provide his passport and its copy, the application form, a passport-style photo, health certificate, your marriage certificate, as well as an invitation letter and your passport and residence permit.
