144 hrs transit visa at Shanghai(PVG)

I am a British(UK) Passport holder and travelling from Helsinki,Finland to PVG and then to London,United Kingdom via Helsinki. Can I get 144 hrs free transit on Arrival at PVG airport?

PVG-LHR ( via HEL)

No. You can not enjoy the 144-hour visa free transit in Shanghai. You can use it if you fly from Helsinki to Shanghai and then to London directly.
