May and October are the best time to travel the silk road, but it would be crowded. Avoiding the hot summer and freezing winter, I think April, June are September are also very good time to visit cities along the silk road and it will not be such crowded than May and October.

May and October are the best time to travel the silk road, but it would be crowded. Avoiding the hot summer and freezing winter, I think April, June are September are also very good time to visit cities along the silk road and it will not be such crowded than May and October.
