Chinese Passport but also kept US Passport issued at birth- how to go to visit the USA?

My daughter was issued a USA PP here in China at birth ( mom Chinese National). Now 11 years old, my wife managed to get her Hukou and a new PRC Passport issued!( long story) Now, she can live in China , doesn't need visa's , attend local schools etc... However, how do we now do our summer trip to the USA ? My idea- just get a tourist visa and go like a Chinese. No big deal..but the Consulate says they wont issue a visa to an American !
(I'm not sure how'd they know if my wife just walked in with my daughters all Chinese documentation?) Assuming this wont happen, people say maybe go via HK or Korea but I really don't see that working. If we enter HK on the Chinese PP, HK immigration will stamp the Chinese PP if were to fly to the USA when we exit? Yes ? No?
If we could use the US PP to exit HK, then fine. We could enter the US on her US PP no sweat. Any ideas?
URGENT...thanks for any help!!!!!!

Hi, if your daughter cannot get the visa for USA, you can try to take her to visit there directly by using the valid USA passport. But the result cannot be guaranteed. Good luck!

Thanks Lisa! Its valid US PP but if we leave on that PP then China will know we kept the USA PP and can throw us out of China. revoke her China PP , and make us apply for a visa in the US to come back. So we are trying to keep both PP's but hide it from China.

As far as I know, there's no remedy to this issue. China's Nationality Laws states that upon aquisition of Chinese citizenship, your former foreign citizenship status will be revoked automatically. Since your daughter's American nationality is now revoked, you can no longer use her American passport in any capacity.

Yes, in China's eyes she is Chinese but she still has her valid USA PP and we cannot give that up until she is 18. When she's 18 she can renouce her citizenship if she desires. I'm just trying to see if we can travel use her USA PP once we exit China or her China PP. Otherwise, she cant travel to the USA until she gives up her citizenship as the USA wont issue a visa to a " US Citizen".
