About:24-Hour Visa-Free Transit

About transit visa issue

i will travel from dubai going to new zealand my itinerary is.. dubai to guangzhou china layover for 12hours then from guanzhou to christchurc new zealand. do i need a transit visa since i have a layover in guangzhou(waiting for the next flight) for 12hours or am i qualify for 24hr direct transit policy .. thank you

Hi, you will qualify for 24hr direct transit policy in Guangzhou if you don't mean to leave the sterile transit zone during the 12 hours layover time. Nice trip!
