renewal of china passport in singapore

Hi I am currently in progress with an employee's passport and it shows that his passport is expiring soon. I would like to know where is the application form for passport renewal? I was browsing through the entire page of chinaembassy but couldn't find any application form stating renewal. All I see was visa application form. Please help, urgent!Thanks!

Hi, maybe you can try to find the application form from the Chinese version of the official website of China embassy in Singapore.
