About:Chinese Embassy in South Korea

Short visit (48 hours), is visa required

Hello, I am a citizen of Russia, and planning visiting Beijing for less than two days. Do I need to have a visa, and would it be possible to make it within 2-3 days? Thank you!

Hi, if you are flying Country A - Beijing (48 hours) - Country B then you don't need to apply for a visa for that. Nice trip!

Thanks a lot Daniel! And if I return back to country A in less than 48 hours, then as far as I understand it does not count as a transfer? Is that right? Thanks again!

So you will travel like Country A - Beijing (48 hours) - Country B - Beijing (48 hours) - Country A, right? If yes, it can be counted as a transfer, and you don't need visa for both ways. Don't worry!
