Iam staying in beijing novotel xinqiao and want to go to the capital airport at early morning4:30 am

How to go from the hotel to the airport?

Is it ok to leave a little later? How about 05:00? If it is fine, take a taxi from the hotel to BJ Railway Station East Station within 5-8min. There you can take the first shuttle bus at 05:00 for the airport.
