Chongqing Airport layover

I have 11 hour layover at the airport between Chinese domestic flight and departing international flight.
Is this enough time to make trip downtown on the metro ?
Is it possible to store my bag at the airport while I do this ?

Yes, ur time can be enough for a short trip in downtown and Ci Qi Kou is recommended. I have to remind you that the airport itself has subway station.

And it is ok to store your luggage at the airport when you are out. It costs around CNY10/piece.
