When will I get a break from bad luck and get my life out of rock bottom?

I was born Dec 21,1985 at 12:00 pm. I feel like have bad luck with most of the time with women, friends and jobs. I also feel like people in my life use me to their own benefit just because I am kind. Will all of this change for the better in this life time.
