Legally registered WOFE, want to convert from Tourist to Z or Work Permit visa without leaving China.  Self supporting 60 year old.  Still 1 year left on Tourist L but want to be legal.  Business is e-commerce.  How to approach.

Hi, you should prepare the relevant documents including your passport and its copy, the application form, a passport-style photo, valid registration form of temporary residence, your work permit as well as other documents required by the consular officers. Then, submit the application to the exit and entry administration of the local PSB.
